UNC Charlotte broke ground last May on this residence hall that will house students enrolled in the Levine Scholars Program and the Honors College. The new facility, known as Levine Hall, was named in honor of Sandra and Leon Levine. Through their foundation, the Levines have committed more than $18 million to the Levine Scholars Program, which began in 2009.
Located near the campus main entrance on University City Boulevard, the five-story Levine Hall will be about 160,000 square feet. It will house offices for the University's Honors and Levine Scholars programs and accommodate 435 residents.
Estimated Completion: November 2016
