Visits to Capitol Hill
UNC Charlotte Athletics Director Judy Rose (pictured with husband Ken) recently met with U.S. Sen. Richard Burr to talk about tax reform in Washington, D.C., while meeting with other athletic directors.
Rep. Edward Hanes Jr. (pictured) recently visited the University; he toured campus and met with Chancellor Dubois and Betty Doster, special assistant to the chancellor for constituent relations. As a member of the House Education-Universities Committee, Hanes is visiting all 17 campuses within the UNC system.
